Colliers International Bolsters Government Solutions Group with Addition of Banking Team from Vector Capital LLC

WASHINGTON, April 11, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Colliers International's Government Solutions group announces the addition of Todd Taylor and Corinne Balcher, both veteran investment banking professionals from Vector Capital LLC, to the team.

Taylor will serve as Managing Director for Colliers Government Solutions. He was formerly the Managing Partner of Vector Capital LLC, a 15-year-old investment banking firm with a concentration on government leased real estate. While at Vector Capital, Taylor and his team financed more than 100 commercial properties leased to various government entities. These assignments ranged from debt placement and recapitalizations to structured finance and equity raises.
