Colliers International Awarded Property Management Contract For Beverly Hills Luxury Retailers
Grosvenor Americas Chooses Colliers International to Manage Rodeo Drive Home of Harry Winston and bebe
SEATTLE, June 13, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Colliers International today announced that it has been awarded the management contract for two high-street luxury retail buildings in Beverly Hills owned by Grosvenor Americas. Located on the prominent Rodeo Drive corridor and home to Harry Winston and bebe, the contract will allow Colliers International to expand their retail management services in Southern California.

Colliers has an existing partnership with Grosvenor Americas, which includes providing management and leasing services for three historic properties in San Francisco's Union Square district, home to high-profile tenants De Beers, Façonnable, and Bay Area newcomer Icebreaker. For one of those properties, Colliers helped Grosvenor Americas achieve LEED Platinum certification. Colliers and Grosvenor Americas plan to evaluate existing sustainability practices for the Rodeo Drive property and will strive to achieve LEED certification.

The videos provide narrative content that can be shared with clients located anywhere in the world, allowing them to track projects. Further, the Video Property Inspection reports help communicate property needs from on-site general managers to Grosvenor Americas, and allow Colliers to generate a historical record of a property through quarterly documentaries.
