The Scheduling Module is one of the product's most significant enhancements to date, allowing library staff to coordinate all collection management and development tasks centrally and monitor the progress of these actions.

With the Scheduling Module, collectionHQ customers will have the ability to better plan all future collection management activities by creating a visual, easy to use calendar of tasks for each of the tools within collectionHQ and have task reminders emailed to colleagues for action on specified dates. Each task will be color coded to match its collection management category: Select, Manage, Promote and Evaluate. collectionHQ administrators will also be able to monitor task completion.

In conjunction with the comprehensive set of collectionHQ action plans, which are based on the proven Evidence Based Stock Management (EBSM™) methodology and provide a set of actions to follow to make improvements; the new Scheduling Module will make managing collections with collectionHQ more efficient than ever.
