2. Building the Product Backlog

The second installment in the series will investigate the best ways for the entire team—product owner, development team, ScrumMaster and stakeholders—to contribute effectively when building and maintaining the product backlog. The final installment in the series will address issues that can occur when transitioning to Agile.
