CollabNet Recognized As A Leader In 2012 Magic Quadrant For Application Lifecycle Management

BRISBANE, Calif., June 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- CollabNet® (www.collab.net), a global leader for Enterprise Cloud Development and Agile ALM products and services, today announced it has been included in the "Leaders" quadrant in Gartner's "Magic Quadrant for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)" report (Thomas E. Murphy and Jim Duggan, June 5, 2012). A total of 16 providers were evaluated in the report with five being named a leader.

Gartner states that due to the maturity of the cloud and Agile technologies, the ALM market is evolving and expanding. The research firm believes "the ALM market, estimated at $1.5 billion for 2011, and will continue to grow at a compound annual rate of about 3.9 percent. Portions of the market will remain stronger than others. Of the products in this Magic Quadrant, much of the growth is in the Agile planning category."
