SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., July 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- CollabNet^® (www.collab.net), a leader in cloud-based Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions for agile software delivery at scale, today announced Kartik Raghavan as its new senior vice president of world-wide engineering, operations and support. He brings more than 17 years of SaaS-based solution development and market development experience, having previously worked at Serena Software and Oracle. At CollabNet he will lead technical and operations development as it relates to new innovation and customer satisfaction as software organizations leverage its TeamForge ALM platform to achieve enterprise agility.

Raghavan brings deep experience in ideating, defining, developing and launching products through on-premise and SaaS channels. He has more than 17 years of experience leading R&D and product teams for enterprise products in fast-moving environments. Prior to CollabNet, he was vice president of R&D and product officer at Serena Software, responsible for Serena Business Manager (SBM), Release Manager and Service Manager. At Oracle he served as director of engineering for the Siebel and Oracle Fusion product lines. He also led a global development team working on SFA Mobility products (sales for handhelds, laptop sales and Outlook integration) through multiple releases.
