Colegio Petite Elementary Students to Share Their Love for School
NOGALES, Ariz., Jan. 16, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- More than 200 students at Colegio Petite Elementary School will create a paper chain with written reasons why they love their school at a National School Choice Week celebration on Wednesday, Jan. 23.
The event will take place 9 a.m. at the school campus and will also feature fifth-grade students revealing their college and career aspirations to their peers, parents, and educators. Guest speakers from the community will share guidance about how their own school choices affected their career paths.
This event is planned to coincide with the history-making celebration of National School Choice Week 2019, which will feature more than 40,000 school choice events across all 50 states.

Colegio Petite Elementary School is a dual language school that serves grades K-5 in Nogales, Arizona.
As a nonpartisan, nonpolitical public awareness effort, National School Choice Week shines a positive spotlight on effective education options for students, families, and communities around the country.
