Cole Capital Taps 19-Year Industry Veteran to Focus on National Sales Initiatives

PHOENIX, Sept. 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Cole Capital^®, the private capital management business of American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. and a leading sponsor of net lease non-listed REITs, announced that Cory Calvert has joined the company as National Sales Advisor. The announcement was made by Michael Ezzell, Executive Vice President of Private Capital Markets.

In this role, Mr. Calvert is responsible for national sales initiatives, including the firm's sales and distribution activities related to Cole Capital's sponsored non-listed REITs. He will concentrate on overseeing all aspects of the external sales team focused on independent broker-dealers.

Mr. Calvert is a 19-year industry veteran in the capital markets and financial services industry. Prior to joining Cole Capital, he most recently served as Regional Sales Director for Franklin Square Capital Partners, where he built and developed a top performing sales territory. Additionally, Mr. Calvert has held wholesaler positions with Transamerica and Grubb and Ellis, where he was recognized for consistently outstanding performance.
