Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Expands Presence In Northern Arizona With Acquisition

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Aug. 7, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, a leading residential real estate brokerage company in Arizona, announced that it has acquired the assets of NAZ Realty Group, Inc., which previously conducted business as Windermere Real Estate Northern Arizona. Operating in two offices in Prescott and Prescott Valley, the company has served residential real estate customers and clients throughout Northern Arizona. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is owned by NRT LLC, the nation's largest residential real estate brokerage company.

With this acquisition:

• Former broker-owner Ed Pattermann will affiliate with the company in a management capacity, as branch manager of the Prescott and Prescott Valley offices.
• The offices in Prescott, located at 914 E. Gurley Street, and Prescott Valley, located at 8088 East State Route 69, will now operate under the banner of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
• The 58 real estate agents, formerly affiliated with NAZ Realty Group, are welcomed to affiliate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and remain with the newly acquired offices.
