Groebe & Co., which does business as Groebe Real Estate in Palos Heights, Illinois. This announcement follows on the heels of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's acquisition of Chicagoland Realty Services in the West Loop last month.

• William Groebe, former owner of Wm C. Groebe & Co., will affiliate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in a sales capacity.
• The company has 19 affiliated agents and will now conduct business under the banner of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
