Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Expands In Connecticut With Acquisition Of Ridgefield Firm

RIDGEFIELD, Conn., March 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, a leading residential real estate brokerage company in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., today announced it has acquired the assets of Ridgefield Realty Group, Inc. in Ridgefield, Conn., which did business as Century 21 Landmark Properties.  Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is part of NRT LLC, the nation's largest residential real estate brokerage company.

John Baldaserini and John Frey, both former co-owners of Ridgefield Realty Group, Inc., will join Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in a sales capacity.  The single sales office, located at 398 Main Street in Ridgefield, will now operate as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
