SAN DIEGO, March 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, a leading residential real estate brokerage company in Southern California, announced it has acquired the assets of Sam Armstrong Realty Inc., which did business as Coldwell Banker Armstrong Properties in Riverside, Calif. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is part of NRT LLC, the nation's largest residential real estate brokerage company.

A family-owned brokerage, Coldwell Banker Armstrong Properties, has served clients throughout Riverside County from its office at 6809 Brockton Ave. in Riverside since 1963.

As part of the acquisition:
