YOUCAN, the sub-franchisee group, opened the location in the Hangzhou Zhejiang Province, China.
"YOUCAN will develop the Zhejiang Province for SCSICC, but that is only the beginning," said Kevin Lin, president of Cold Stone Creamery's-China operations. "Based on the success of the first province, we expect to enter into additional provinces in 2016."
