Cohere Communications, LLC Acquires Managed Services Provider "Another9, Inc."

NEW YORK, Oct. 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Cohere Communications, a New York based provider of Hosted Next Generation Telephony, Unified Communications and Cloud Hosting Services is pleased to announce that it has acquired the firm of Another9, Inc., a Managed Services Provider offering Cloud Computing and Data Center Operations strategically located in Westchester County.

Cohere with Another 9, will continue building upon its best-in-class, Voice, Internet, private network and now, fully Managed Services.  Being a single entity, Cohere/Another9 will offer the ability to manage all aspects of its customers' communications and technology assets. New York based, Praesidian Capital provided the funding and will be working alongside Cohere in reviewing future capital requirements.

Cohere's ownership and management of Another9 is effective as of October 1, 2014.
