• Benjamin E. Ellis is a commercial litigator who analyzes and drafts civil pleadings, motions, trial briefs, and appellate briefs for both Pennsylvania state and federal courts. He earned his J.D. from The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law. Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby, Ellis clerked for the Honorable J. Michael Eakin of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
• Brian P. Maloney, PE focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on construction and development-related disputes. He received his J.D. from Boston University. He previously worked as an associate with Jones Day and is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania.
• Christina Manfredi McKinley is a commercial litigator who focuses her practice on advising and representing clients in all phases of litigation before U.S. District Courts, the Federal Courts of Appeals, and the Supreme Court. She earned her J.D. from The Catholic University of America. She previously worked at Wilmerhale in Washington, D.C.
• Carsen N. Ruperto focuses her practice on a variety of labor and employment matters. She works with both private and public employers, counseling and representing clients on compliance with workplace laws, hiring and firing issues, and collective bargaining. She earned her J.D. from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She joins Cohen & Grigsby from Knox McLaughlin Gornall & Sennett, P.C. in Erie.
