Kelleher chairs the Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Group, which concentrates on all aspects of bankruptcy, creditors' rights, financing transactions and commercial law, as well as litigation. Kelleher earned his J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law and his B.A. in economics and political science from the University of Pittsburgh. He is admitted to practice before multiple courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court; the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Third, Fifth, Sixth and Eleventh Circuits; the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania; and the U.S. District Courts in the Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the Western and Eastern Districts of Michigan.
