Lamperski has represented and counseled private and public commercial and industrial developers of land regarding various real estate issues, including a variety of corporate, financing and tax planning matters.  He is active in representing owners and developers of power plant and alternative energy projects, including matters related to land acquisition, zoning, subdivision, easements, licenses and other land development matters.  In addition to his real estate, logistics and corporate practice, Lamperski advises natural gas producers in connection with various transactional matters related to the Marcellus Shale play, including the negotiation and drafting of oil and gas leases, purchase agreements, assignments, easements and other ancillary agreements.

Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby, Lamperski was partner at K&L Gates in Pittsburgh.

He holds a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.A. from Duquesne University.
