WORCESTER, Mass., Nov. 16, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- As part of an initiative to expand and accelerate its medical device design and engineering service offering, Cogmedix has added Paul Dunleavy to its team of Caring Associates as its Vice President of Engineering.

Paul Dunleavy is a graduate of Northeastern University and has a Bachelor's of Science in electrical engineering and a High-Tech Master's Degree in business administration. He served in the United States Marine Corps and has developed an impressive career in medical device development spanning more than 25 years. His experience includes engineering, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, clinical studies, and team leadership. Paul is also the founder and cofounder of two medical device companies and possesses several patents for medical equipment. In his new role as Vice President of Engineering, Mr. Dunleavy will oversee the design and development of new medical equipment at Cogmedix and direct the engineering team.
