CHARLOTTE, N.C., March 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Cogdell Spencer Inc. (NYSE: CSA) announced today its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per common share payable on April 20, 2011 to stockholders of record on March 25, 2011. The dividend covers the first quarter of 2011.
