(NYSE: CSA) announced its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.53125 per share for the Company's 8.500% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock ("Series A"), for the period from December 1, 2011 to February 29, 2012. The dividend will be payable on March 1, 2012, to shareholders of record on February 16, 2012. Series A dividends equate to an annualized rate of $2.125 per share.
