Chris will be responsible for all of CODA's legal matters and will manage a seasoned team of lawyers and legal staff.

Chris has more than 15 years of experience in corporate practice. Prior to joining CODA, Chris was Of Counsel with the law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati (WSGR) in Palo Alto, Calif. Prior to WSGR, Chris was a Senior Vice President, and the Associate General Counsel of Fidelity National Financial, in Jacksonville, Florida. Chris started his legal career at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where he worked for seven years and spent time in the firm's Los Angeles, San Francisco, Palo Alto and Boston offices.

Chris is admitted to the Bar in California and Massachusetts.
