Coca-Cola Hellenic Recognised as a Leader in CSR Reporting
ATHENS, Greece, April 26, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (Coca-Cola Hellenic, the Company) announces that a coalition of global investors from 13 countries has commended the Company for its leadership in reporting on environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) activities. The coalition of investors also praised the Group for producing a "high quality sustainability report deemed useful for investors" in 2009. The investment group members, who manage more than US$2.1 trillion of assets, are all signatories to the United Nations-backed Principles for Responsible Investment Initiative (PRI) which supports the sustainable development goals of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC).

Coca-Cola Hellenic has been recognised as a Notable Reporter by the UNGC every year since 2005, and is the only Greek-based company to achieve leadership status.
Coca-Cola Hellenic is a signatory of the UNGC, a strategic policy initiative for businesses that are committed to aligning their operations and strategies with ten universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption.
