Coca-Cola Hellenic Announces Renewal of Syndicated Multi-Currency Revolving Credit Facility
ATHENS, Greece, May 13, 2011 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. ("Coca-Cola Hellenic" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces the replacement of the Group's existing EUR 500,000,000 Syndicated Multi-Currency Revolving Credit Facility (the "Previous Facility"), which was set to expire in December 2012, with a new EUR 500,000,000 Syndicated Multi-Currency Revolving Credit Facility having a term of five years (the "Facility"). The Facility, which is for general corporate purposes, will be at lower finance costs to the Group than the Previous Facility. The Previous Facility has been cancelled.
Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V. is the borrower under the Facility (the "Borrower"). The obligations of the Borrower under the Facility are guaranteed by both Coca-Cola Hellenic and Coca-Cola HBC Finance Plc.
The ten Mandated Lead Arrangers are ING Bank N.V., London Branch, Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking (The Corporate and Investment Banking Division of Societe Generale, Citibank N.A., London Branch, Banc of America Securities Limited, Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, Credit Suisse AG, London Branch, The Royal Bank of Scotland PLC, The Governor and Company of the Bank of Ireland, Raiffeisen Bank International AG, and Intesa Sanpaolo s.p.a..
