MEXICO CITY, May 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Cobre del Mayo S.A. de C.V., announces that it will effect the interest payment due May 15, 2016 with respect to its Senior Secured Notes due 2021 in kind, in accordance with the terms of the Indenture. The rate applicable for the interest period (from February 9, 2016 to May 15, 2016) is 12.00% per annum, for a total of $4,195,572.05 aggregate principal amount of Senior Secured Notes due 2021.
