DENVER, June 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- CoBiz Financial (Nasdaq: COBZ), the parent company of Colorado Business Bank and Arizona Business Bank, announced that Robert W. Cunningham and Angie MacPhee, have been elected to the Board of Directors for its banking franchise.

Cunningham serves as president of RWC International, a commercial vehicle sales and service dealership headquartered in Phoenix. His career in the trucking industry has spanned 40 years, including 15 years with Swift Transportation where he served as executive vice president of sales and marketing, on the board of directors and, finally, president and CEO. In May 2010, Cunningham purchased Arizona's International dealerships and Idealease locations. During his career, he has led the successful acquisition and integration of seven truckload carriers with an aggregate valuation of approximately $236 million. He received his B.S. degree from the University of Utah.
MacPhee is the chief executive officer at RGL Forensics, a global multi-disciplinary forensic accounting and consulting firm. In addition to serving as CEO, she also serves on RGL's strategic governing board which is responsible for setting the strategic direction and driving the growth of the firm. She has been with the firm since 2010; prior to that, she served as vice president of the Timberline Region for O'Neal Steel, Inc. She received a bachelor's of science degree in accounting and MBA from the University of Colorado. She currently serves on the board of trustees for Warren Village and the board of both the Global and Denver chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.
