HOUSTON, March 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Harvey Heller and Keith Short have joined Coats Rose as Of Counsel in the firm's Real Estate practice group in the Houston office. Collectively, they have over 80 years of practice in Houston as commercial real estate attorneys representing numerous clients in a variety of diverse and often complex real estate transactions.
Harvey is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Commercial Real Estate Law and Residential Real Estate Law. He represents owners of income producing properties who need assistance with acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, restructuring and general commercial representation, as well as general business and corporate clients who appreciate his attention to detail. He has also closed numerous FHA/HUD insured commercial loan transactions as the borrower's counsel on both multifamily and assisted living properties.
Keith practices real estate law. He represents owners, purchasers, sellers and developers in all aspects of acquiring, selling, developing, financing and leasing unimproved and improved property, with a special emphasis on representation of owners of multi-family properties.
