WESTMINSTER, Colo., Dec. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Coalfire, a provider of cybersecurity advisory and assessment services, announced today that CEO Tom McAndrew will join a panel on "Data Security Assessments" as part of the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC's) "Hearings on Competition and Consumer Protection in the 21st Century."
This panel, which is open to the public, is part of the FTC hearing on data security taking place December 11-12, 2018, at the FTC Constitution Center Auditorium, 400 7th St., SW, Washington, DC. McAndrew joins a range of industry experts and security innovators from the private sector as well as FTC executives, who will discuss data security assessments, the U.S. framework related to consumer data security and the FTC's data security enforcement program.
