Zinnov, a leading Management Consulting firm, today announced the return of its two Co-founders, Vijay Swami and Vamsee Tirukkala. They will join Pari Natarajan and Ayan Mukerji in the Executive Management team. They will help accelerate Zinnov's innovation velocity, through disruptive solutions development and platform enablement.

The founding team of Zinnov, Vijay Swami & Vamsee Tirukkala along with Pari Natarajan had set up the company in 2002, before moving ahead to develop Talent Neuron - an innovative Big Data and Predictive Analytics Platform, for talent planning, acquisition and management. Talent Neuron was incubated by Zinnov in 2011 and later acquired by a large global company in 2014. The platform subsequently expanded into a comprehensive source of global talent demand and supply data, predictive analytics and insights into real-time job market, location, and competitive intelligence.

In their new roles, both the co-founders will assist Zinnov in creating actionable programs for clients to innovate and optimize dynamic business conditions.

Vijay has extensive experience in product ideation, concept to productization and platform enablement. He also brings a wealth of expertise in the areas of data analytics, operations research, and strategic management. Vijay has developed numerous quantitative models and heuristics related to global talent, business analytics and strategic business initiatives. Prior to Co-Founding Zinnov and Talent Neuron, Vijay held senior positions at Hewitt Associates and KPMG Consulting.

Vamsee brings wealth of experience in launching products, market development, revenue generation efforts and customer engagements across the globe. He has worked with multiple Fortune 1000 and reputed SMB companies assisting them with their strategy and operations optimization. Vamsee has been instrumental in successfully establishing sales enablement programs, customer service models and strategic industry partnerships. Prior to co-founding Zinnov and Talent Neuron, Vamsee was with Centric Software, Inc and has hands-on experience in global operations, building digital platforms and new technology evaluation.
