CMTL Implements Public Access to Intel® Platform and Memory Technology Test Data.
ANAHEIM, Calif., Nov. 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- CMTL, (www.cmtlabs.com), Computer Memory Test Labs, announced today that test information that was previously classified as confidential and for internal use only, is available without the requirement of a security password and is now posted on CMTL's home page on the 1st of each month.
CMTL President, John Deters stated "After numerous years of requests and careful consideration, it was determined that quick and easy access to relevant test data information should be available to any memory product and/or Intel platform customer. This in effect, discontinues after almost 20 years of maintaining such information as confidential, internal use, and secure password access only."
The following test data information is now posted on CMTL's (cmtlabs.com) home page.
Intel DDR 4 Servers, Intel DDR 3 Servers, Intel NUCs, Memory Capacities, Memory Technologies, Memory Technologies & Voltages and Memory Speeds.
CMTL was established in 1996, in cooperation with Intel, as a third party independent test lab to ensure memory module compatibility and functionality on Intel platforms. Memory successfully Intel advanced tested by CMTL is added to each Intel motherboard approved memory list. Modules not approved by Intel are not supported and may have a higher risk of experiencing sporadic errors, unstable functionality, performance issues and system crashes
