CMC Consulting Group Acquires Johnston Blakely & Company

FRAMINGHAM, Mass., Jan. 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- CMC Consulting Group, a leading international healthcare strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions advisory firm, is delighted to announce its acquisition of the Boston-based investment bank Johnston Blakely & Company.  A FINRA registered broker/dealer, Johnston Blakely offers private equity placement and M&A-related financial advisory services exclusively to companies in the life science sector.
