Tim Hopper joins CMAI with considerable industry experience. He developed and managed several research departments as well as successfully operated several forecasting programs designed to forecast global economic growth, currency and interest rate movements and energy prices. Most recently, Tim had responsibility for U.S. Economics and Strategy for the Americas at HSH Nordbank. During his tenure, he revamped the global energy practice at the bank, one of the largest banks and energy lenders in Europe. Tim has also spent nearly a dozen years with the Federal Reserve Bank covering energy and finance markets. Tim holds a Bachelors, Masters and PhD in Economics.
