Scott has more than 40 years of experience as an operations, localization and globalization leader, working for and with some of the largest companies in the world, including 17 years at Microsoft as an International Program Manager. A recognized localization industry expert, Scott is a co-leader for the Localization Unconference, frequently speaks at industry events, and teaches courses in global communications and customer expectations.
