CloudPassage Hires Deepa Prashant as Vice President of Finance & Administration

SAN FRANCISCO, May 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- CloudPassage, a pioneering security SaaS company, today announced that Deepa Prashant has joined the company as Vice President of Finance and Administration. Prior to joining CloudPassage, Prashant was Acting CFO and VP of Finance at FusionOne.

Prashant has more than 16 years of finance and accounting experience in both large enterprises and smaller Bay Area start-ups.  At both General Electric and McAfee, she managed the finances of multi-billion dollar businesses.  Prashant also played a pivotal role in selling two Silicon Valley start-ups, Pacific Broadband Communications and FusionOne, Inc., to large public corporations.  In addition, Prashant led the Sarbanes Oxley effort at Intellisync, has led companies through raising financing, and completed financial due diligence for multiple mergers and acquisitions.
