The Seattle-based software firm has experienced exponential growth YoY in the intersection of cloud, analytics/data services & AI, along with rapid industry adoption of its enterprise SaaS rail transportation management solutions designed for freight as well as passenger railroads.
Sanjay Rajashekar joins us as the new President of Services & Solutions this January. In his new role, Sanjay leads overall strategy and execution for the Services Division, encompassing sales, business development and overall P&L for digital services, analytics, cloud engineering, and professional services. Each of these is a thriving multi-million dollar business, and this position is critical for the company to continue scaling. Sanjay comes with extensive experience in services & product companies. His experience includes incubation of innovative technology solutions, leading transformational initiatives, and helping companies achieve rapid growth in emerging markets. Sanjay has held senior roles in various companies like Teleca, Microsoft & Infosys and is a board member & advisor at few companies.
To expand the company's strategic go-to-market initiatives and build the brand, CloudMoyo welcomed Rajeev Kak as the Vice President of Marketing and Pre-Sales. He leads the marketing, pre-sales and inside sales departments to boost market penetration and competitive position of CloudMoyo across all segments of services, solutions and product business. Rajeev has extensive enterprise marketing leadership experience from SAP, i2, and Adobe in ERP, supply chain, analytics, and launching/building new products and markets.
Former Microsoft leader, Maria Berardo, was a key addition for CloudMoyo. As Senior Director, Human Resources and Operations, she drives the company's global expansion, nurturing and growing the existing culture of innovation and helping CloudMoyo become the employer of choice in the region. Her focus spans recruiting, training, benefits planning, employer relations, organizational development, and operations. Maria has extensive industry experience with her stint at Amazon AWS, where she supported the global expansion initiatives and more recently at Kaiser Permanente where she participated in labor relations negotiations and managed the regulated workforce, earning industry recognition for her innovations in commute planning.
