CloudBerry Managed Backup is Now a ConnectWise Certified Product

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Nov. 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- CloudBerry Lab™, a vendor of backup and management solutions for public cloud storage services, today announced that CloudBerry Managed Backup is now a ConnectWise Certified Product.

The integration of CloudBerry Managed Backup with the ConnectWise Business Management Platform creates a seamless online backup solution for managed service providers (MSPs), value added resellers (VARs), and systems integrators.

CloudBerry Labs' Managed Backup is designed to meet the stringent standards MSPs and IT resellers have for backup and disaster recovery solutions, enabling customers to conduct bare metal/system state restores, as well as restorations of individual files and applications, including Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Exchange. It also allows organizations to select from a number of cloud service providers, including Amazon S3, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or any S3-compatible storage. CloudBerry Managed Backup can be fully re-branded and customized, allowing providers to create their own branded solution offerings.

The ConnectWise platform integrates business-process automation, help desk, customer service, sales, marketing, project management, and business analytics to dramatically streamline an organization's operations. Benefits of the integration include:

• Import contacts from ConnectWise: MSPs and VARs can import all or specific contacts from ConnectWise to CloudBerry Managed Backup allowing the service provider to specify a storage limit and backup destination for every user before adding them to the system. Each user automatically receives a "welcome" email with access credentials and download link for the product.
• Support tickets integration: MSPs and VARs can configure CloudBerry Managed Backup to automatically create a support ticket in the ConnectWise system. If any backup or restore plan fails, the support ticket will contain all the details about the failed plan. Once the same backup or restore plan succeeds, the ticket can be automatically closed, if desired.
• Billing reports: CloudBerry Managed Backup automatically sends each company's billing report to the ConnectWise service on the first day of each month, giving customers a single unified bill.
