Cloud Security Experts at Hornetsecurity Coming to RSA Conference with A.I.-Powered Security Solution for Office 365
PITTSBURGH, Feb. 19, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Hornetsecurity, a leader in cloud-based email security, is set to make its second appearance at the RSA Conference (Booth 5671/2) riding a wave of momentum and ready to bring its artificial intelligence-fueled solutions into the spotlight.
RSA Conference 2019, a premier cybersecurity event featuring vendors from across the globe, will be held March 4-8 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. The theme for the conference is "Better," meaning better solutions for consumers and partners – and Hornetsecurity, now with 50 solutions provider partners in North America, is only getting better and better thanks to its forward-thinking products, including Advanced Threat Protection, spam and virus filters and email security solutions.
"A.I. will be the hot topic this year," said Oliver Dehning, CEO for U.S. operations, "and Hornetsecurity has always employed a level of A.I. into its solutions. For example, it's built into 365 Total Protection."
Released late in 2018, 365 Total Protection is a unique security suite specially developed for Microsoft Office 365's cloud services. It uses A.I. to protect companies and achieve compliance, employing a wide range of business and security features to ensure companies are in step with European regulations and any future domestic rules.
"Essentially, it's the same product we had before, but now it's integrated in the 365 environment and is quite easy to set up," Dehning said. "Microsoft is a major driver of the movement away from on-premise applications, and this product complements Office 365 in the best possible way."
Already the market leader in email security in German-speaking regions, Hornetsecurity announced in January it was acquiring Spain's leading firm in the same sector, Spamina. It strengthens Hornetsecurity's international position, opening markets in South America and Central America, where there is a demand for cloud security services to meet their linguistic and technical needs.
