Cloud Centric Systems, Inc.'s Wholly Owned Subsidiary Expands Contracted Services With eXpd8, Ltd.
VClouds Ltd. to Increase Revenue From Contract by 25% With Addition of Services
LONDON, April 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cloud Centric Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CLDR) is pleased to announce that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary VClouds, Ltd. has modified its contract with eXpd8, Ltd. to add two additional services. The addition of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery services for emails through eXpd8 are expected to increase the revenues generated from the services provided in the original contract by 25%.
All users will automatically get access to webmail from the VClouds portal. It provides users the ability to access sent and received emails through the cloud within 7 days of the action. This will give organizations an automatic backup of emails, as well as access when their internal business email server is unavailable. VClouds processes around 100,000 emails per day for eXpd8 and protects over 1000 of their client's email boxes.
"We decided to offer all of our customers the Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery modules from VClouds as a standard offering as the risk of losing email or not being able to send and receive email during a mail server failure was just too great. We are very pleased to be increasing our footprint with VClouds," stated Rob Allen, Sales Director at eXpd8.
"We are pleased that our relationship with eXpd8 has continued to develop since our initial agreement in September 2009," stated Owen Dukes, Director of VClouds, Ltd. "We anticipate continued growth in users and revenue throughout the duration of our contract."
The Company recently announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Enable Software Ltd., has partnered with TTAsia, a leading online messaging reputation and security services provider with over 76 million users worldwide, to deliver Active Directory Integration Services in the cloud. TTAsia offers seamless, real-time integration with their global customers' network along with an Email Defense Service (EDS). These functions allow for advanced Group Management based on the client's own network of existing users thus eliminating the need to manually add the users into the TTAsia system.
