Cloud Centric Systems, Inc. Signs New Channel Partner in the UK

LONDON, June 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cloud Centric Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CLDR) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed an agreement with Teqdis, Ltd. Under this agreement Teqdis will sell and distribute products from both EnableTS, Ltd. and VClouds Ltd. to their network of customers across Asia. Teqdis will be able to access Cloud Centric Systems' service provider platform, which will be lucrative for both companies throughout the Asian Market.

The agreement between VClouds Ltd. and Teqdis Ltd. engages Teqdis as a non-exclusive sales and distribution representative for products produced and sold by VClouds Ltd. Teqdis will also sell both VClouds and Enable products to their list of existing clients. Teqdis will sell EnableTS products to service providers or large institutions, whereas VClouds is sold to a smaller clientele.

The past year there has seen significant growth and interest in cloud computing. The number of businesses adopting Cloud Computing has more than doubled since 2007. A report from IT research firm Gartner in Stamford, Connecticut foresees the e-mail archiving business growing at a five-year annual growth rate of 37.2 percent, reaching $1 billion in sales by the end of 2011.
