Cloud Centric Systems, Inc. Signs Channel Partner Agreement with Established Software Company

LONDON, April 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cloud Centric Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CLDR) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a distribution agreement with CensorNet, Ltd. Under this agreement CensorNet will sell and distribute products from Cloud Centric System's wholly owned subsidiaries EnableTS, Ltd and VClouds, Ltd. to their network of existing customers, which currently consists of tens of thousands of users across Europe and South America. CensorNet, Ltd. will OEM/white label the VClouds' product line under the name "CensorNet MailSafe" and will market this to their large corporate and education client base.

CensorNet has been providing web filtering software since early 2005 and has many institutions who have committed themselves to the CensorNet Web Filtering brand both in Europe, Australia and in fast growing South American Market. CensorNet wants to mirror their success in Web Filtering in the Email Security Market. The Radicati Group forecasts the email security market will grow from $3.3 billion in 2007, to approximately $5 billion in 2011. The appliance-based solutions and hosted email security services segments are forecasted to experience strong growth throughout the next four years.
