Cloud Centric Systems, Inc. Discusses Aggressive Growth Strategy in the Cloud Computing Market During Its Nationwide Teleconference
Company to publish a White Paper on CensorNet, Ltd. offering an in-depth case study on its Technology
LONDON, June 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cloud Centric Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CLDR) is pleased to announce that the Company plans an aggressive growth strategy within the cloud computing and email security market. During the Company's nationwide teleconference yesterday, David Lovatt, CEO, and Daniel Jenkins, CTO of Cloud Centric Systems, Inc., were able to update the financial community about developments within the Company including distribution channels, competitive advantage, acquisition strategy, sales opportunities, strategic partnerships as well as a white paper and case study about the solution the Company provided to CensorNet, Ltd.
During the Teleconference, Mr. Lovatt provided background information on Cloud Centric Systems, a Microsoft Partner, who specializes in developing, marketing, and selling cloud applications and are specifically focused towards the development and delivery of Email Management Solutions using the Internet. Through Cloud Centric's two wholly owned subsidiaries, VClouds Limited and Enable Software Limited, the Company offers services including: Email Archiving, Anti-Spam, Anti-Virus, Webmail, Email Recovery, Business Continuity, Email Compliance Management and Image Management as well as a number of other technologies that support technology companies with their requirements to offer cloud based services. VClouds has a distribution network throughout the world and has offices in Europe and in North America.
Mr. Lovatt mentioned that Cloud Centric's technology has a competitive advantage over Google. Cloud Centric Systems is a premium service that not only offers the anti-spam services that Google's Hosted Email management offers, but supplies a sophisticated rule engine which allows administrators to simply and effectively enforce their email compliance policy. This sophisticated technology enables service providers to put Cloud Centric Systems service in their datacenters wherever they are, and become Google/Postini competitors by offering their own Hosted Email Management Service.
Mr. Lovatt also mentioned that the Company will be publishing a White Paper based on its relationship with CensorNet. The White Paper will be available through Cloud Centric Systems website within the next thirty days. The White Paper will give an in depth case study of how CensorNet is utilizing Cloud Centric Systems products to better enhance CensorNet's overall operations.
Mr. Lovatt discussed Cloud Centric Systems goal of meeting the OTC Market requirements to qualify for its OTCQX market tier. The Company will work to maintain its Current Information Status on Pink Sheets and will eventually file a 15C -211 through a broker/dealer in the near future. Mr. Lovatt stated, "The OTCQX is for growth companies like Cloud Centric Systems that desire future listing on the NASDQ or NYSE."
According to Mr. Lovatt, the Company changed its operating focus seven months ago by completing the sale of their GuestMetrics subsidiary and acquiring both EnableTS and VClouds to progress its transformation to a technology company specializing in cloud based services. Cloud Centric Systems projects that they will generate $750 thousand in revenues by the end of the year and increase that to $1.5 million by the end of 2011 and $2.5 million by the end of 2012.
Cloud Centric Systems plans to increase its sales and marketing efforts in the United States in order to create a broad user footprint in America. During the teleconference, Mr. Lovatt announced that the Company has signed an agreement with a U.S. based sales and marketing firm in New York, whose focus over the next six month is to increase their partner base. In addition, Cloud Centric Systems has opened a Data Center in San Antonio, Texas.
