Cloud Centric Systems Inc. Acquires 100% of VClouds Limited from IJJ Corporation
LONDON, April 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cloud Centric Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CLDR) is pleased to announce that the Company has acquired V-Clouds Ltd., a dynamic European technology company from IJJ Corporation, a Pink Sheet Company, in exchange for an unspecified sum. The V-Clouds Email Management Solution is for small business and large enterprise clients as well as for the Global Internet Service Provider community.
As a global provider of Email Management Software, V-Clouds' hosted service and platforms are developed specifically for large IT Service Providers with their own Datacenter infrastructure. Delivering 'Cloud Based' services through a Secured environment as a Service model, V-Clouds allows emails to be scanned for spam, viruses, and breaches in corporate compliance policy and monitors Data Leaks within corporate emails. All services are managed through one, easy to administer web portal and are charged on a 'per user, per month' basis making working with VClouds a simple and affordable process.
Under the Cloud Centric Systems business model, V-Clouds will be able to continue its global branding of the Company's email management product. V-Clouds will further expand its established distribution network throughout the world from its offices in both Europe and North America using additional resources provided by Cloud Centric.
