Cloud b Wins Multiple Infringement Lawsuits in Europe

GARDENA, Calif., March 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Cloud b, Inc., manufacturer of the award-winning Twilight Turtle, announces another win in a trademark and copyright infringement lawsuit in Europe.  French Courts ruled in favor of Cloud b after they sued Laboratoire Bouix Sante over Twilight Turtle infringement.   

Cloud b, the owner of light and sound plush toys, continued its successful enforcement of intellectual property rights through its Global Enforcement Team.  To date, the company has obtained numerous favorable court verdicts throughout Europe against companies selling infringements of its Twilight Turtle, Twilight Ladybug, Tranquil Turtle and more toy designs and trademarks. 

In addition, Cloud b has successfully asserted 3-dimensional and regular trademark registration rights, along with U.S. copyright registration rights extended through the Berne Convention, against counterfeiters and infringers in Germany, the UK, Denmark and other EU countries.
