Clique Hospitality To Open Three New Restaurants With Station Casinos
Partnership Continues To Expand, Launching Three New Concepts at Green Valley Ranch Resort and Red Rock Resort
LAS VEGAS, Dec. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Clique Hospitality is pleased to announce it will develop and manage two new restaurants at Green Valley Ranch Resort and has assumed management of the Mercadito Mexican restaurant at Red Rock Resort. Bottiglia, an Italian restaurant, and Borracha, a Mexican eatery, are set to open at Green Valley Ranch Resort in April and May 2016, respectively. Mercadito will operate under its current name at Red Rock Resort until its grand reopening as the rebranded Libre in early 2016.
"Our relationship with Stations Casinos has been very successful to date and an overall incredible experience. We are thrilled to be moving forward on these exciting new projects and foster our relationships with the local market." - Andy Masi, founder of Clique Hospitality
To introduce Bottiglia and Borracha at Green Valley Ranch Resort, Andy Masi and the Clique Hospitality have once again teamed up with Alessandro Munge of Munge Studios. Borracha will serve imaginative Mexican cuisine coupled with a sophisticated and slightly edgy aesthetic fit for tastemakers and Las Vegas families alike. Bottiglia will present rustic, farm fresh fare with the extensive wine selection and menu of a traditional enoteca.
Libre will take center stage as Clique's newest venue at Red Rock Resort and is strategically located between Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar and Salute Trattoria Italiana, the acclaimed restaurants currently managed by Clique. Slight but elegant renovations and a revamped menu will help to enhance the atmosphere of Libre, making it yet another Red Rock staple. Award-winning chef Brian Massie will be at the forefront of the kitchen presenting Mexican food at Libre that is as much about the fun as it is about the feast, including a prominent vegan selection and many items suitable for gluten-free guests.
Under the partnership between Station Casinos and Clique Hospitality, Station Casinos owns the restaurants, and Clique Hospitality serves as the creator and manager of each restaurant outlet.
"We are more than excited to grow our culinary offerings with Clique Hospitality," said Marc Falcone, CFO for Station Casinos. "Andy Masi and his team continue to develop innovative and exciting restaurant venues to round out our diverse collection of restaurants at both Red Rock Resort and soon Green Valley Ranch Resort," Falcone said.
