Clip Interactive Creates Total Audience Solution For Its Station Partners
Company to introduce responsive interactive web player to more than 400 stations
BOULDER, Colo., Feb. 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Clip Interactive announced that it will expand their interactive radio solution to include a responsive web player accessible through web browsers, both desktop and mobile, in addition to its current mobile app based solutions. The company's goal is to provide a total audience platform, enabling listener interaction with the broadcast and stream via web and mobile. As a result of expanded and new radio partnerships, the company expects to roll out their interactive web player to more than 400 radio stations for 12 broadcast groups in 2015.
Equipped with Clip Interactive's unique technology and design, this new interactive web player will enhance users' online listening experience. The live web player will function on all the major web browsers as well as iOS and Android devices.
"One hundred percent of a station's content can now be made richly interactive including music, talk, contests, events, sports and specialized artist content," said Bill Freund chief revenue officer at Clip Interactive.
"With the strong movement toward simulcasting, a total audience platform solution allows stations to better monetize 100 percent of their audience with these interactive capabilities," said Michael Lawless, chief executive officer at Clip Interactive. "The unique UX translates to user interaction and repeat use of the platform, which drives revenue for our partners."
Clip Interactive's total audience solution provides significant revenue opportunities for partners.
