Clinicient Expands Management with Two Seasoned Executives

PORTLAND, Ore., July 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Clinicient Inc., a leader in outpatient rehabilitation business solutions, today welcomed Steven Sipowicz as chief financial officer and Jim Neumann as vice president of Marketing. Sipowicz provides Clinicient with more than 25 years of experience managing the financial operations of both public and private high technology companies. Neumann brings more than 25 years of award-winning entrepreneurial marketing expertise to Clinicient, along with a track record for delivering exceptional marketing results based on revenue, lead generation and brand recognition.

Prior to joining Clinicient, Sipowicz was the chief financial officer at ShiftWise, a software company that provides a vendor management platform for hospitals, and was acquired by AMN Holdings. He was also the chief financial officer of Cascade Microtech and Corillian, both of which he joined when privately owned and steered through the initial public offering (IPO) process. Sipowicz specializes in IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, as well as divestitures. He holds a BSc. (Honors) from Bristol University in the U.K. and an MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University.

Throughout Neumann's career, he successfully launched more than a dozen early-stage technology companies and hundreds of new products, amassing a unique combination of strategic planning and hands-on execution. Neumann's leadership experience includes a diverse range of start-ups, mid-size companies and large corporations, including AT&T, NCR, and IBM, where he served as group vice president of Marketing and Communications for the IBM Technology Group.
