William Haines to its senior management team as Vice President, Marketing. Bill's extensive marketing and product development experience has focused on electronic information tools that serve health science professionals. Prior to joining CCO, he completed more than 70 projects for leading publishers and information providers as a consultant, encompassing business strategy, product design, and marketing initiatives. Bill previously served as VP, Marketing & Product Development at Elsevier Health Sciences, where he was responsible for dramatic growth in its leading online brand and filled a similar role at Wolters Kluwer Health during the reorganization and planning phase of the company's Clinical Solutions Group. Earlier, he was instrumental in the start-up, launch, and operation of MD Consult through a joint venture of leading publishers that became one of the few "dot com" era success stories.
