Co-founder and former executive vice president - William E. Flederbach, Jr. has assumed the role of President and CEO, previously filled by Yuda Saydun. Flederbach purchased the shares of Yuda Saydun and Markus Althausen in 2012 and has since also restructured ClimeCo's Board of Directors. Joining Flederbach is Stephen A. Commesso, P.E., Vice President of Engineering, bringing with him over 18 years of air pollution control design and regulatory compliance expertise. Commesso oversees the design and construction of low carbon technologies for AB-32 compliance and voluntary abatement and NOx, VOC and PM2.5 for the creation of Emission Reduction Credits (ERCs).

As a founding staff member of ClimeCo, Winch led the design and development of ClimeCo's proprietary CAR N2O Offset software.
