Mr. Bartlett has had more than 35 years of experience in the legal field.  His specialty is medical malpractice and high exposure cases.  He is currently a Partner with Bartlett, McDonough & Monaghan, LLP, with four offices located in Mineola, New York, White Plains, New York, Islip, New York and New York City.  Mr. Bartlett received a B.A. from St. Francis College of Brooklyn and a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law.  He is admitted to practice in the Southern, Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of New York State, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.  Mr. Bartlett was recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America by New York Magazine, listed as a "Super Lawyer" and is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell.  He is a lecturer with the New York State Bar Association and gives CLE classes.  In addition, Mr. Bartlett is a member of the Nassau-Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association, the Suffolk Academy of Law, the Nassau Academy of Law and various Bar Associations including the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau Bar Association and the Suffolk Bar Association.  Mr. Bartlett currently resides in Nassau County, New York.
