She will work to identify new markets and leverage opportunities through innovative distribution methods and product offerings.

Prior to joining SWBC, Cleveland worked for 8 years at Prudential Financial as Senior Vice President, Business Development, Individual Life Insurance. She is a frequent industry speaker and is active in multiple industry committees within the Association of Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU) and LIMRA, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the American Bankers Insurance Association where she also co-chairs the Government Relations Committee. Cleveland holds licenses for Life, Accident, and Health with appointments throughout all 50 states and FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 65. She holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration, as well as the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC), and Certified Long-Term Care Professional (LTCP) designations. She is also certified in the Six Sigma process improvement methodology.
