Earlier in his career, Grosse was at Microsoft, where he held a range of global sales and marketing roles following the company's acquisition of SaaS pioneer PlaceWare. Prior to joining Microsoft, Grosse served in a variety of leadership positions with Covad Communications, Voxeo and OnFiber, as well as McKinsey & Company and Procter & Gamble. Grosse earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BS in economics from the University of California.
